March 17, 2020, 9:00am
We will not be hosting Sunday morning services or Wednesday night Forged youth group at Stonebridge Church moving forward until further notice.
Two Biblical principles are guiding us as we make these hard decisions:
1. Love for neighbor (Mark 12:31)
2. Submission to the governing authorities (Romans 13:1)
You will be able to join us in watching our service online on Sunday mornings at 9am:
-watch party on our Facebook page (preferred for more interaction)
We will also be posting short videos on Facebook & youtube throughout the week to help encourage you & keep your eyes on Jesus in the coming weeks.
We’re encouraging our connection groups to connect, but leaving it up to each group leader to decide how you will connect together.
We want to remind you that because of Christ we don’t have to live in fear, and our own safety and well-being is not our highest priority. Christians have cared for others at their own risk through plagues for centuries, and started leper colonies risking infectious disease for the care of others. However, love for neighbors will look different for all of us at this time. We urge you to wisely and boldly love others, including those in your own home today, beginning with prayer. If you are personally in need of anything during this time or would like to talk to someone, don’t hesitate to reach out to us:
Galatians 6:10 “So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone and especially to those who are of the household of faith.”
Thank you for your patience. We will do our best to keep you informed and connected.
